Tortoise, Mobile APP
01. How can we make saving more rewarding and fun?
I worked on the app redesign of a savings app - Tortoise - where the goal was to make saving more rewarding and fun. We achieved this through introducing milestone-based variable rewards, microanimation and microcopy.

02. How can we design an onboarding experience to induce trust?
I worked on building a feedback platform 0 to 1, where designing for trust was a real challenge. There were lots of iterations & user testing involved in shaping the onboarding experience.
PAPERPLANES, WEBSITE
03. How can we improve content discovery on a publication?
I worked on a website refresh for a design publication, Paper Planes. One of the main challenges we designed for was improving content discovery so that users could have multiple affordances to discover the wide range of topics covered.

In my free time, I enjoy picking apart product experiences to see what makes them great, not-so-great, and what could make them better.
I also documented my journey of teaching myself design and put together a large list of resources for people in a similar boat.
